Install Instructions

Locate the THEMATRIX--PATHOFNEO(TM)_UPDATE1-to-UPDATE2_USA.EXE file you downloaded.
Double-click it and follow the onscreen instructions.
Once the update process has completed delete the THEMATRIX--PATHOFNEO(TM)_UPDATE1-to-UPDATE2_USA.EXE file and launch the game from the shortcut either on your Desktop or in your Start menu.
