The Basic Idea of Smiley Maker is to make Smileys, these can be used anyway you like, but if someone asked you how you made it, please tell them about Smiley Maker.

How to make a Smiley

Step 1: The Start:
Start Up Smiley Maker
Step 2: Skins:
Select the Skins category on the left menu.
Step 3: Selecting a Skin:
Press the Yellow Button Below the part you want and the skin you want should appear on top of the blank space towards the bottom of the left menu.
Step 4: Eyes, Mouths, Tops, and Bottoms:
Repeat Steps 2 + 3, with the sections labeled Eyes, Mouths, Tops, and Bottoms.
Step 5: Background:
Don't like the white? Well, just click behind the Smiley to choose from our eleven colors. If you want to go back colors, press shift and click.
Step 6: Save as a Picture:
Towards the top of the left menu there are 3 Buttons, .bmp, .gif, and .jpg. Choose the format you want your Smiley in and use that button, and you've made a Smiley, you will find it in the same folder Smiley Maker's in.
