Ice Hockey II - Penguins from all ends of the earth are coming to watch the great showdown. But they're not just coming to see the event, they want to see whether the new Arctic manager can accomplish the seemingly impossible. To conquer the five best Antarctic players in the world with a makeshift team where each player agrees to play only if the player before him wins his match. That manager is you. The weight of the world is on your shoulders as you use all your skills to lead the Arctic pengunis to victory in the grand tournament. Are you up to the challenge?

In the single player mode, you begin by playing your I. C. Byrd against the Antarctic's novice member in the first phase of the tournmanet. If you lose, you must try it again until you get the hang of it. If you win, you unlock the next Arctic player and the next phase of the game. Progress through the levels until you reach the ultimate challenge - Boss versus Boss. Beat him, and the title "King of the Poles" will be yours.

While tackling the job of winning the grand tournament, head on over to the side rink to challenge a friend with a two-player game for some friendly competition and practice for the real game. Also, keep your eye peeled on the single player mode for the several hidden cheats and strategies in the game.
