Author's note:

3D Ant Attack is a remake of the original game which appeared on the Sinclair ZX Spectrum back in the winter of 1983.

At the time the game was seen as a breakthrough in 3D graphics (hard to believe today with the likes of Half Life 2), but for many gamers this was the height of exploration in a 3D world.

My remake is a little homage to the original, and a thank you for likes of Sandy White who pushed gaming forward with the limited technology of the day.

The idea of the game is very simple. Somewhere within the city walls is a trapped person. Your task is simple... You must find the person, and guide them back to just out the city gates.

It sounds simple doesn't it? Oh yes but to make it a little more difficult the city is patrolled by giant ants who would love nothing better than to eat you alive, so you'd best be quick and not hang around too long in one spot.

To help, you are equiped with some grenades which can either kill, or stun the ants. Stunned ants can be helpful, because jumping on thier backs will help you access higher ground within the city. You are also equipped with a radar to help you locate the damsel! Good luck.
