When the era of the Cold War came to an end in the late 1980s, big-time arms suppliers, who had smuggled to and forth from the world's major arms import/export countries, suffered heavy losses in profits since the 50s. The arms suppliers then used their organization to induce trouble amongst countrymen in various conflict regions around the world in order to create demand for weapons. In the meantime, the arms trading organization changed their focus to major oil-producing countries in Southwest Asia as a global energy crisis struck unexpectedly in the 1990s.

With unspoken support from major arms nations, the organization chose Derbaran, a newcomer among oil-producing countries, yet becoming the No.1 country in terms of crude oil deposits. However, the organization is not the only one who has its eyes on this new golden territory. A new imperialistic union, NIU who claims to want to build one perfect earth under the shadow of mighty control; Hamas, the secret organization who operates focusing on major oil-producing countries and the third force in Africa; and the world Powers hiding their fangs now have started to turn their eyes towards Derbaran.

As mercenaries from around the world gather, the threat of war begins to overhang Derbaran, a land never before in the spotlight, which now stands at the center of the world's history.
