At Smiley Productions, we've been working on an open source Risk clone called Invade Earth. It includes Risk, Risk 2210 A.D., and several expansions. You can play online with other people, although there aren't that many people who know about it yet.
We're still working on the game, so feel free to leave feedback on our forums if you have a problem.
By the way, Invade Earth uses Java Web Start, so you'll need the latest Java release from Sun. There's a link on the game page in case you don't have it, but most people probably do.
i liked the game i think that you should make it full screen though. the sound effects are a little odd and i think that there should be a picture on each card. i think that it is great that you took the time to create this game and should continue to update and make it better.
