Nothing is "Virus Proof", but all these games are tested before they are posted with the latest virus software and virus definitions updated daily. I've never had a single report of an actual virus on these files, but that doesn't mean it could NEVER happen. The best way to ensure that you never get a virus is to unplug your computer, that should pretty much keep you protected.

seriously, you should be running a good anti-virus software and keep the definitions updated to protect yourself any way.

A great anti-virus software is spybot. It is a great anti-virus software that searches for certian file names that have been known to contain viruses. It is a quick download and well worth it. I run a quick virus check almost everyday which is a good idea since a virus can get onto your computer at anytime. Spybot is completly free(from what I know)and should be on every computer.

Another good way to protect your computer from viruses is mozilla firefox. This is a free browser that replaces your old internet browser with added virus protection tools. It is as fast as your old browser so dowloading files and loading pages wont be any slower. It can even be customized to your likeing with hundreds of addons. I use mozzilla firefox as my browser and it has increased my internet browsing performance to an extreme degree.

Freak, yes and no, sorry bro, I think you simply missed a few points, if I can calrify.

Spybot is not anti-virus, it is a spyware scanner with some built in protections against known malware.

A good, free, effective anti-virus solution is AVG free: http://www.majorgeeks.com/AVG_Free_Edition_d886.html

Of course, a spyware scanner is noce as well, like Spybot or Ad-aware.

Mozilla Firefox has only one advantage. It does not have ActiveX because that is Microsoft. MS put a stop to it by warning you before ActiveX objects install. It only is safer in that regard, otherwise, it gets patches and security fixes like any other browser. It is a very cool browser though
